Do customers need a Google account to write a review?
Google requires a Google account to submit a review. Most smartphone users already have one through Gmail, YouTube, or Maps.
Are these compatible with all smartphones?
Most current iPhone and Android phones can read NFC. Every product also includes a printed QR code, so any smartphone with a camera can open the same destination. No app download is required for the customer.
How does contactless technology work?
Each product embeds a passive NFC chip. When a phone is held a few centimeters away, the chip shares a URL — your Google review form, Instagram, Facebook page, or multi-link profile. The chip has no battery, does not store personal data, and does not collect customer information.
