Digital business card for real estate agents

An Innovnet digital business card gives Canadian real estate agents a live profile with booking and lead capture, shared by tap or QR, priced in CAD. A tap shares that profile in about 2.8 seconds.

What agents put on a card

The card opens one live profile. You fill that page in the dashboard. Basic includes real-time updates, so a new phone number or listing link shows on the next tap. Profiles support English and French.

  • Name and phone

The name you go by, and the number you want called after a showing.

  • Brokerage name

Write the brokerage into the profile text. Innovnet does not publish a separate brokerage field.

  • Booking link

Add the link you already use for appointments. The profile holds the links you add.

  • Listing or site links

A listing page, your site, or a map pin. Edit them later and the same card stays current.

  • Photo and logo

Basic includes profile customization, so the page can carry your photo and logo.

Every Innovnet card has an NFC chip and a printed QR code. Both open the same profile, and the other person does not install an app. You can download the QR image from the dashboard. The Apple Wallet pass shows that QR code too.

Brokerage name

Put the brokerage name in the profile text buyers read, next to your own name. That is how it shows up on a tap. A dedicated brokerage field, a registered-name field, and brokerage admin are not published. If your board wants a specific line under your name, type that line yourself.

Open-house lead capture

At an open house, hand over the card or hold it to a phone. The visitor chooses what to send back. Do not add someone because they walked through the door.

  1. 1. They tap or scan

The profile opens in the phone browser in about 2.8 seconds. No app for the visitor.

  2. 2. They can send details back

Exchanged contact is on Basic. That returned contact is the lead.

  3. 3. Follow up only with consent

Follow up with people who give you their details. A consent checkbox on the profile is not published.

  4. 4. Sync on a paid plan

Paid plans send the contact to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Zapier, or Google Contacts.

If your brokerage or province requires a specific consent line, put that line in the profile text you control, or collect it on your own form. This page is not legal advice. Brokerage admin is not published.

PVC, bamboo, walnut, or metal

The chip and the QR code are the same on every material. Pick the card you want to hand over. Metal can be engraved with a name and a logo. The QA team checks the artwork and shares an art proof before production.

Questions agents ask

What should a real estate agent put on the card?

Your name, phone, the brokerage name written into the profile, and the links you use, such as booking or a listing page. Basic updates the profile in real time, so the same card stays current.

Can the card show my brokerage name?

Yes, if you write the brokerage name into the profile text. There is no separate brokerage-name field on the product.

How does an open house lead get captured?

The visitor taps the card or scans the QR code, then can send their details back through exchanged contact. Follow up only when they do. A consent checkbox is not published on the profile.

Should I order metal or bamboo?

Bamboo and walnut are CA$39.99. Elite Black and Elite Silver metal are CA$69.99, and metal cards can be engraved with a name and a logo after an art proof. PVC is CA$29.99.

What does a card cost in Canada?

Basic is $0 CAD. PRO is $9.99 CAD a month or $99.99 CAD a year. Cards run from CA$29.99 to CA$189.99. Shipping is $10 CAD anywhere in Canada, from Hamilton, Ontario.
